THE AEB MODULAR SYSTEM

A place for
every part of you.

This concept began with a need I knew firsthand: to travel smarter and more thoughtfully, with my own food, my essentials, and a little less to juggle.

Now I’m building a modular cooler and gear system around that idea, with a bigger purpose: helping people make room for shared meals, time outside, and memories together.

  • 01 / CoolerA wheeled base for your own meals and snacks.
  • 02 / Travel caseFor clothes and the rest of your trip.
  • 03 / WeekenderCarry-only space for everyday essentials.

HOW AEB STARTED

It started
with real life.

I used to work in digital marketing. Then I switched to construction, where I learned to splice cable and help build infrastructure. The people I worked with looked out for me like I was their sister or daughter. After a long day, we’d gather around a hotel table with dinner and a drink. They became my family.

One trip to Indianapolis started at 2:30 in the morning. We drove, worked a full twelve-hour day, and reached the hotel in a blizzard. I was exhausted, carrying too much, and my suitcase wouldn’t roll through the snow.

I looked over at Shawny and Brad. Same struggle. Same bags dragging through the snow. Three people who built infrastructure for a living, beaten by our luggage.

I knew there had to be a better way. And looking at them, I knew I wasn’t the only person who needed one.

That’s where AEB began.

When you spend that much time away, you learn what makes a place feel like home. For me, it was having my own food. Keeping a little of my routine. Sitting down with the guys at the end of the day and knowing I had people who cared about me.

My cooler came along because those things mattered. But getting everything from the car to the hotel meant full hands, extra trips, and one more thing to deal with when I was already worn out. I started working on a way to carry it all together.

I’m Amanda. I’m building AEB for people who know that feeling. People traveling for work, packing for their kids’ tournament, or making time for a trip they’ve put off too long. You have enough to think about. Bringing what you need to feel like yourself shouldn’t make it harder to go.

I have big plans for this company. But I keep coming back to that hotel table, and the people who made being far from home feel a little less lonely.

They took care of me. I want that same care in everything we build.

For the trips you’ll talk about for years. And the long days when you just need to get inside.

  1. AUGUST 2022

    Born in Indianapolis.

Between 2:30 a.m. drives, twelve-hour days, and hotel nights, life on the road meant giving up our routine: the meals we packed, the coffee we liked, the evenings around a table together. I started with a question: “What if our luggage carried our routine, not just our stuff?”

  2. RESEARCH & REFINEMENT

    Putting the idea on paper.

Countless hours reviewing Google Patents, conducting surveys, and refining sketches and ideas. A rolling, stackable cooler became the foundation of the modular travel system I’m developing.

  3. JUNE 2025

    Patents filed, here and abroad.

A non-provisional utility patent application was filed in the U.S., along with an international PCT application, which keeps the door open to patent protection in other countries. Both are pending.

  4. 2026

    Developing the design.

Initial CAD work began in January. The design continues to be refined.

  5. NOW

    Gathering feedback.

I hope you’ll join me on this journey. AEB is still in development, and your perspective is part of the conversation.
